

I have been following quantified nutrition since a couple of years. always thought of meal prepping like this – but only Now finally started. Dinner Box – Brown rice , Methi chole curry and roasted veggies
Lunch Box – Palak paneer curry , phulka – will prepare fresh daily.

I am still getting there ! 2 containers will prepare some dal or curry with the rice.
