Hopefully plates and my (small) hand help estimate the size of each slice. Thin crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, jalapeños, pepperoni, basil, and pecorino on top. It was delicious!
I’m estimating 1200 for 2.5 slices currently, maybe that’s too much? Thanks for your thoughts!

I usually estimate 350-400 per slice of NYC pizza depending on how heavy the cheese/toppings are and how thin the dough is.
