I watched a video recently of a dog wrapped in like one of those rice papers used to make summer rolls? Then they deep fry it for a min at most to get it ultra crispy.
Part of me thought that might be the slickest “topping” to have to enhance the cromch.
But flavor wise: mustard and onions all day baby
