I grew some tomatoes that survived my compost pile. I’m making room in my freezer and decided to make these. I’m looking for a pasta sauce recipe. Not sure what kind of pasta yet.

Unless you’re incredibly bored and have a ton of time on your hands, you’re going to be looking for a blended sauce, to blend in the skin. Warning tho- I’ve made sauce from yellow tomatoes and it ended up looking pretty unappetizing. Taste was fine but it looked like bile.

Do you bake your own bread? I had far to many cherry tomatoes last summer. I cut them in half and loaded the dehydrator. I’ve taken to chopping the dried toms and adding them to my bread doughs and it’s absolutely delicious!
