I'm roasting my own coffee, can't be deep enough into coffee if you don't roast your own. experimenting with dark roast and light roasts can be fun. Anyone else roasting their own coffee ? what's your fav ?

My favorite are Ethiopian yirga or gesha though they tend to be harder to roast evenly. I go for city to city+

Looks gorgeous. I’ve seen a video like this before, a POV of sorta, except it wasn’t coffee beans and certainly not in a roaster, but the basic premise was the same.
