Are you reading anything good right now? I just finished The Great When by Alan Moore and it was really fun. It’s historical fiction/fantasy.
Also, I don’t know if you’re journaling at all but I’ve found that really really helpful. Just sit down and write out something that’s bugging you. Even if it seems like something you’re really familiar with it’s pretty wild how writing it out and reading it will give you knew perspective and context for some of the stuff that might be weighing on you.
Sorry if any of all of this is already on your radar. Hope it’s some help!
