

First time posting here (which is weird because wings are my favorite thing to make). I found a food processor at Goodwill and thought it would be fun to make my own wing sauce. I was looking to maximize the heat and garlic without overwhelming it, and I really loved how it turned out.
I cooked my wings with a seasoned breading mix I made and fried them at 325° to cook and 375° to crisp. They came out super crunchy, juicy, and insanely spicy!
