**Ingredients**
– 1 medium ripe avocado
– 200g Greek yogurt
– 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
– 6 dates, pitted
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 40g hazelnuts
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp espresso powder
– 1 pinch salt
– Fresh mint for garnish

**Directions**
1. Soak pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain. 2. Add avocado, Greek yogurt, drained dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt to a food processor. 3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth. Scrape down sides as needed. 4. Toast hazelnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Roughly chop. 5. Transfer mousse to serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 6. Top with chopped hazelnuts and fresh mint before serving.
