Sous vide chicken and pork broth. I’m trying to get that yellow/golden chicken broth but maybe it’s my shio tares fault hahaha. I’m set on my style of chashu but I decided to oven roast today for this.

I’d say my shio tare has a more rounded out flavor now but I’m still trying to add more depth to it.

    Try using just chicken for the soup if you want to achieve a golden stock. I use chicken wings nowadays.

    Looks good! I’d add some diced raw white onion, but that’s just me
