  3. If you’re feeling depressed, take a break from weed. Saw your post in highvegans too. I struggle sometimes as well and I found just taking a break from smoking even for a week makes a huge difference in my mental state

    From time to time I just eat some tofu with no toppings or seasoning so I can survive lol. Depression hits real hard
