it’s interesting and I like it, but it’s kinda weird. I can’t find a food I think it goes particularly well with other than lunch meat sandwiches. it’s not bad on anything yet, but it just feels like it’s the perfect sauce for something I haven’t tried it on yet.
the scorpion aardvark is what I’ve been using on roast beef and Swiss smmiches lol

I’ve tried it, I simply don’t like it. Tastes like there’s clove or something weird in there. Just doesn’t sit well, hella popular though

This was one of the first hot sauces I tried some 17 years ago, long before I became a connoisseur. Great stuff!

Their roasted reaper sauce is phenomenal! Still get great reaper flavor but with heat that has been tamed just a little by roasting and the tomato and spice base sauce eliminates the astringent taste sometimes found in reaper sauces.
I find I like the original best on foods that already have a sweet component like al pastor tacos or pizza with pineapple on it. Also great in a burrito of any kind or mixed into a stir fry.

I just tried their Serrabanero or whatever it’s called and it’s pretty good. Nice to have a green hot sauce that doesn’t have blue food coloring listed in the ingredients.
A bit hard to justify the $8 price tag though, especially for the bottle size.

Used to be a favorite of mine. Still never upset to see it in local restaurants.
But it was definitely a gateway drug to the larger world of hot sauce. As far as tabletop sauces go, not a bad choice.
I like super tangy bullshit, so Tabasco Habanero is my hab preference nowadays, with some of the Marie Sharp’s also in the mix for more common offerings, I’d recommend you try those and see how you feel about em.
