    Looks tasty! I think that looks medium, but hard to tell with the strong lighting washing colors out.

    Hate to tell you but it’s medium. Close enough though, you may have figured out with this you prefer medium over mid rare.

    Good looking medium there. I actually prefer medium for high quality meat these days. Still super moist but a better chew over mid rare for my pallet.

    I like rare, but that’s medium and still looks tasty. I wouldn’t hold it against you.
