My first focaccia! I mixed olive oil, minced garlic and chopped rosemary, and drizzled that all over the top. I forgot the Parmesan before I put it in, so once it was almost done I sprinkled some on put it back in there for a minute.

    Yes, now that is what Focaccia should look like! I’ve been making it for 20+ years and I have to say I would kill for a sandwich of that with prosciutto and provolone!
