


Breakfast – 377 kcal
Sandwich (wholewheat toast, ham, cheese, spinach, mayo) a banana and a cup of coffee with milk and sweetener.
Lunch – 592 kcal
Crustless quiche (eggs, cheese, milk, carrots, onions, garlic, spring onions, spinach, spices) homemade ovenbaked fries (potatoes, oil, spices) and a glass of milk.
Dinner – 369 kcal
Crisp bread with cream cheese and strawberry jam, cereal with milk and sweetener and tea with sweetener.
Was supposed to make millionbøf (a minced meat stew) with mashed potatoes for dinner, but got too distracted by making puzzles so it got way too late to cook. 😆
But all in all, super delicious day 😋
