My recipe for batch of 4:

100ml skimmed milk
50g unsweetened 100% peanut butter
1 medium egg
35g whey protein powder (I used Protein Works Whey 360 Platinum Chocolate Coconut Party)
1/2 tspn baking powder
Optional pinch of salt

Blend and pour into mould. In an airfryer, steam (add water under the tray, or use cake mode) 15mins 180°C, remove the shaped cakes from mould, turn another side and bake 5mins 200°C.
