Take jolly ranchers and ghost pods.
I used 12 candies for about half of a pod.
Melt them in the oven at 400° for 5-6 minutes, then add your pepper powder (I added it before melting and regret the inconsistency)
Then fold it, melt it, fold it again, and when you have a soft stick of melted jolly ranchers mixed with ghost pod powder/flake, cut it into pieces and let cool.
Voila, they’re hot as hell.
You can use sugar free or regular jolly ranchers. Would probably work with other hard candies as well

I exclusively use my hot peppers for candy. Its easy to make from scratch as well. You can make a basic candy glass with just sugar water and peppers.
Just make sure you don’t accidentally hand those out on Halloween lol
