I bought these 3 days ago at wegmans I found them in a grass fed section away from the rest of the other red meats

Personally i’m fan of wegmans meat, they’re timetables are quicker so the animal has been more recently slaughtered than most grocery stores, it generally lasts longer in the fridge

I read an article that examined 10 markets from walmart to wegmans with big box and general grocery stores in between. Wegmans was on top for quality, sourcing and price, whole foods next but lost on price, and 3rd was a grocery store chain I never hear of being in the north east

I worked for the company that supplies Wegmans beef if you are expecting true grass fed they are not legit but they will eat good.

Angus is a type of cow not a reflection of any kind of quality. Look for choice or prime for the grade.

More than I would expect grass fed choice… which is great news if you enjoy the taste of grass fed. It’s not my favorite.
