Bella arrives as an evocative Italian dining destination by acclaimed chef Eyal Shani, channeling the spirit, strength, and sensuality of Southern Italy through a distinctly Mediterranean perspective. Located within the Liberty Park Hotel, the restaurant unfolds as a love letter to the region’s sun-soaked coastlines, expressed through an imagined Italian woman named Bella—confident, timeless, and forever at work in the kitchen. Her presence shapes both the energy and the experience, inviting guests into a setting that feels instinctive, generous, and alive, where Italian tradition meets Miami Beach ease under open skies.

A sun-drenched courtyard layered with ivy, jasmine, and terracotta sets the stage for lingering meals beneath open skies, where the rhythm of Italian dining unfolds with effortless ease.

The menu, curated in collaboration with Victor Gothelf, executive chef of Port Sa’id, unfolds at an unhurried rhythm, encouraging discovery and shared indulgence. The experience begins with “little treats” served from a central antipasti table that doubles as a visual focal point, before giving way to vibrant salads, vegetable-driven mezze, and pristine seafood. Six handmade pastas anchor the offering, from black pepper pasta infused with Madagascan spice to lamb ragù and baby artichoke all’olio, complemented by creamy white polenta. Secondi bring depth and warmth, with Shani’s interpretations of melanzana, fritto misto, branzino, and steak—each dish rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and a Mediterranean soul shaped by Miami’s coastal sensibility.
