First picture of raw oysters I’ve seen in a while on this sub where the oysters looked appetizing. I’ve said it before, now, January to March/April, is the best time (unless you’re in the Southern hemisphere) to eat oysters raw. The stomach, the mushy part is less swollen and firmer. The sweet muscle bit is proportionality bigger. All the chewy bits stand out.
