Long time lurker never posted. This was the perfect bit of rare steak to me. I went from room temp to searing hot charcoal for two minutes per side. Besides the crappy presentation how’d I do. Let me down easy 😂

    Temp is fine but you have no sear. You absolutely need a deep sear to form a crust and tha would do the steak justice.
