My favorite El Yucateco. Heat up front but then it seems to dissipate fast on the back of the tongue. Very bright flavor.

I love yucateco brand, green and xxx for everything, but started seeong the orange one pop up so finally got one. I’m not sure but imo it’s got an overly plastic-y habanero flavor to it. I like the flavor of habaneros, but this is like really flavor forward. Made albondigas soup and that actually was really good with it.

Found it last month- don’t recall ever eating this pepper 🌶️ chiltepin. It’s earthy and lemony and super savory. It’s great! In a way reminds me of the first time I tried a hatch pepper (though different flavor profile).
