It’s like gobi manchurian but better. You have balls made of finely chopped vegetables and (sometimes) tofu that you fry/air fry and toss in a savory and spicy sauce. It is finally garnished with a ton of spring onion greens and cilantro. A bomb dish through and through.

  4. Reminds me a bit of ganmodoki, but that uses much more tofu as the base ingredient.
