I was browsing my Costco flyer and saw that you can buy (up to 5) $100 InKind e-gift cards for $74.99 with an additional $10 off, for a total of $64.99. I am going to Bazaar Meats for Restaurant Week, and confirmed that I can pay with InKind even during RW. $65 for $100 seems like a good deal if you go to any InKind restaurants.
