I’m new to the Nespresso train but wanted to see if this is considered a good “brew”? This is done with the Nespresso Creatista Plus but I’m wondering if I should’ve spent the extra cash to get the vertuo version for more intense brews and crema? Additional photo of the drink I made: a blonde male and cinnamon shaken espresso with barista oat milk.

Looks right to me. If you just want espresso then the original line is the way to go imo.
What pod are you using? If you want more intense then maybe there is a better pod option for you.

If you are making iced drinks the crema really doesn’t matter. You also aren’t getting a crema with a Vertuo, it’s more of a fluffy foam but again I don’t think it matters much with cold drinks because you end up mixing it in anyway. They are two different machines with different purposes. A Vertuo is better if you want a larger cup of coffee more reminiscent of American coffee. With the original line it is generally advised to use 2 pods for an iced coffee to increase intensity. For pod suggestions perhaps Ristretto would suit you?

It looks right to me. i have the same machine and I like to do Macchiatos, but basically brewing the pot as Lungo ( high intensity ).
I had posted some pictures in my profile

Hello, as you have a recent Creatista Plus, would you mind sharing a photo of the machine from the top, i.e. like this?

    Specifically showing the lever.

    Thanks a lot! ❤️🙏
