No recipe because I put together various bits of other recipes with edits.
I’m so happy I got to do this! My health has been worse than ever for about a year now and I’ve hardly baked at all, but this week I get to get tested + results for Sjogren’s Syndrome, so if it comes out positive I might have treatment pretty soon!!
Banana cake (flavored with jello pudding mix), banana cream pudding + Nilla wafers in the lower filling, graham cracker crumbs + frosting in the upper filling. Topped with a home version of vanilla grocery store whipped frosting because my partner loves it and specifically asked for it months ago lol. Cinnamon sugar on top!
I’m dead sore today and barely ate at the party because this crappy weather is giving me nasty migraine prodromes but I’m so so happy I got to at least do this for my angel 💞💞💞💞💞
And happy that it didn’t fall apart until we got the leftovers home! That whipped frosting changes so drastically with the room temperature lmfao

That looks sooooooo good😭
The French vanilla cake mix with a banana pudding box added to it is delicious for pudding cake. Also if you can find it Dolly Parton (previously autocorrected to Pardon 😬)has a cake mix that’s banana cake and omg it’s divine. OP you made a lovely cake and it looks really yummy. Edit to add OP did you do the cool whip and cream of tartar trick for the icing? If you whip thawed cool whip, about 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar, 2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract it makes an exact replica of grocery store whipped icing. It’s also stable at room temperature and in temps up to 80 for a hour when at a summer picnic 🙂 My son adores that grocery store frosting but the cakes from the store he can’t stand the texture so I had to find how to make it. Oh and don’t measure with your heart on any of the ingredients. It has to be exact on vanilla and powder sugar. Start with the 1 1/2 teaspoon tartar and only add another if it’s nothing thickening in 3-4 minutes on medium high speed. A few drops of food coloring can be added but using food coloring paste is best to color this, just a tiny dab if you use the paste. Only 2-3 drops food coloring. Edited to fox Queen Dolly’s name
