I shy away from what I think sound like “heavy” dishes. But I got this one when I’d forgotten to change my menu. It was SO GOOD! Plus, more leftovers than usual. Glad I got it

How’d you get the mashed potatoes in such a thin layer? That’s the only “problem” I have when I make this recipe.

We tried this with the ground turkey and loved it.

One of my husbands favorite. He gets ground lamb from Costco to use in it. He can’t eat shepherds pie at restaurants because they have stuff he’s allergic to in them. I’m just happy when it only takes me 1.5 hours to make it.
