  5. To be specific, it’s called Tepsi Mantisi(Tray Manti in English). While regular manti is cooked in boiling water for a couple of minutes and served with cooking water, yogurt and melted butter, this one is baked in the oven after each piece is prepared and placed into the tray individually. Also served with yogurt and butter with a mixture of tomato puree and water ~~at the bottom to prevent sticking and taste~~. Both ways are delicious. This one looks pretty nice OP!

    Edit: tomato puree and water mixture is poured over the whole dish to both prevent sticking/burning and additional taste. Realized my mistake later. Sorry guys
