    This just seems like an awesome idea. So, is there a downside to cooking on an indoor wood fireplace? Grease up the chimney? Grease fire? People use to do it in 1800’s. It just seems like there’d be a subreddit for it already.

    Swordfish over coals is the only way, it’s sooo good, even better with butter melted on top. !!
