Just another largely improvised sourdough bread with food dye and the joy of 12g protein per 100g flour. It does something. I let her do the steps, only final 2 folds and stretch’s and putting it into the oven by me

Very cool. Blue spirulina powder makes a very satisfying shade of blue and holds its color way better if you’re ever interested in trying it again. I went through a blue sourdough phase lol

I’ve gotten a really nice shade of blue by using butterfly pea flower tea in place of water. Doesn’t affect the taste of the bread too.

I added blue dye to garlic bread to keep my family members from wolfing it down immediately, lol. I marbled it, so they thought it was molding and were disturbed I was eating it… then upset that I tricked them.
Stopped them from eating my bread the moment they see it without asking.
