Into a big bowl I mixed 5 cups of Aldi ultra filtered milk in with the pie filling
then hand whisked in 3 packets of white chocolate “jello” brand instant pudding
I let it set for 5 minutes in fridge before tasting.
There’s over 2lbs of food.
It’s very tasty.
It’s so thick I can turn the bowl upside down.
The only change I would make is I might try mixing in some benefiber in with the milk first, because 8g fiber feels low for so much food.
I think I’ll serve it with sugar free cherry jello to stretch it more.
You could always just make the pudding as directed and top with the pie filling, I might try that sometime.
I’m curious about what would happen if I replaced some of the milk for water, so I might try that next time.
