Is this almond flour fine enough for macarons if not can I make it finer and if not what can I make with it

    It could be finer…more powdery. I’d say give it a 3-4 blitzes in a food processor.

    Too gritty. Food process with confectioners sugar on pulse. About 10 pulses paused in between, so you don’t heat it up and release oils, should get it to a better consistency. Then sift
