I am from the southern US, where apple pie is one of the defining traits you judge people’s cooking/baking abilities on. Where im from, if you said you were bringing apple pie to a gathering and you bring this, you are catchin’ an ass whoopin’. This is is disrespectful to apple pie.

Apples would absolutely be undercooked. Insufficient fat. Caramel looked like that fake Caramel with hydrogenated oil instead of butter.
Tortillas would be excessively crispy & soggy at the same time.
