Those are beautiful and look delicious. Genuine question. Are they super tender? When I’ve made ribs, and they were good, I couldn’t have picked them up like that without them falling apart. I’ve heard there’s a difference and that is more competition style. I don’t know what’s right, if there even is right. I just know they taste great.
