



For breakfast I had strawberry shortcake overnight oats. For lunch I had a veggie plate which included hearts of palm, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese ranch dip, cheese, and whole wheat crackers. For dinner I had 2 okonomiyaki pancakes with soy sauce and gochujang sauce, topped with shrimp and dried chives. As a desert I had a homemade ice cream using a protein shake, sugar free caramel, and coffee.

is the ice cream from one of those countertop ice cream makers where you keep that cup in the freezer until you wanna make some?
