Is this almond flour fine enough for macarons if not can I make it finer and if not what can I make with it

    This looks kind of grainy too me like the small bit I throw out after running my mix through a sieve. But I can’t be sure how zoomed in this in so I suppose there’s a chance I’m not correct.

    Either way you can run your almond flour through a food processor to make it finer, you just have to make sure not to overwork it extracting oils and making it too clumpy. You also might want to put the flower in the oven on very low for about 10 minutes to help dry it out after doing this.

    looks like it needs a little work, I always add mine to the food processor WITH the powdered sugar to avoid the almond flour getting clumpy, then throw that through a fine mesh sieve, you’ll be g2g!

    Still grainy. Throw it in the food processor along with the powdered sugar for at most 15 seconds then use a sieve
