Not much to do in the snowstorm we had in NJ. Decided to smoke some wings on the Konnected Joe. They came out awesome. Slowly brought the KJ up to temp to avoid breaking anything. A piece of foil over the front controller and we were good to go.

Wings are still the best
You don’t have to bring it up slow. I have started like normal in -25f and been fine. Only hard part is getting the control top to open at when starting. And that is why god invented the blow torch.
