
Ingredients
- Allulose (15 g) – 3 calories
- Blueberries (15 g) – 7 calories
- Crispbread (1 piece) – 27 calories
- Pinch of Salt (optional)
I threw the allulose and blueberries into a pan with a splash of water and boiled it on high until it thickened; just a bit more watery than your desired texture. If you’re making this yourself, I’d recommend at least tripling the amounts since it’s a very small batch.
The jam tastes great, and paired with the crispbread it comes in under 40 calories total. Just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. 😄
