    I’m surprised it wasn’t cut up and baked in a crust until it was well well well done…😂

    Looks pretty good. I’ve taken to separating the spinalis when carving a rib eye and slicing that separately. Just personal preference but I realized I enjoyed it much more than slicing across two different muscles.
