You asked for feedback. This is the only thought that occurred to me.
Perhaps something small on the shoulders of the blue onesie? A dot, a tiny bud, I dunno. The long stems on the flowers draw the eye to that part but I like the ones with the entire cookie having some sort of design, best.
That’s just me, so.
I also had a passing thought, what would more contrast between the flowers and the blue background on the onesie look like? Possibly white (as on the pink bow), or possibly even primary or brighter color flowers?
Again they are beautiful as they are.

These are so intricate and beautiful! I would almost think that you don’t need the flowers on the pink bow. It would still be gorgeous and simple with the other cookies
