Just last week I just started buying the vacuum sealed steaks from aldi after the increase in fluids from the thin sliced offerings. I have already had two delicious steaks cooked at home and still have a NY strip waiting for tomorrow. Shockingly easy to cook and they turned out far better than expected for a new amateur!
Edit: the last remaining steak was a ribeye and I am cooking it currently

Nice. Hope the price was right as well. I have tough standards for price with prime ribeyes reasonably close to me at $15.99 a pound or bone in ribeyes for $12.99 a pound.
