There are a few different types of “petal” tips. I know you can achieve something similar to the larger flower with a ” rose tip”
its kinda shaped like a long tear drop shape. Some of them are really wide, and some people adjust them to be slimmer to achieve what they want. Hope this helps some

I think the petals for the white flowers could be achieved with a palette knife/paint spatula.
