Fries were horribly seasoned. Burger was okay; while somewhat tasty, it lacked something that I can't put my finger on. It was well-done (I didn't have a choice in the matter), but still very greasy. The grease managed to ruin the bottom bun to the point that it fell apart. I almost had to eat the burger with a fork and knife. Bacon was limp and meh.
Overall, better than when I had it as a kid. Best thing about the meal was they forgot to ring up my beer.
Overall score, 6/10.

Honestly, for $11 I would crush that and be completely content
Every time I go spend money somewhere out to eat at an Applebees or Chili’s I always hate it because for $60 I could have made one hell of a burger at home.

I like Chilis for what it is: decently ok food for a decently ok price. I don’t go there with high expectations, I go there hungry for basic Americana cuisine.

I remember when Applebee’s felt like they were paying me to drink at their establishments. Yes it’s sloppy garbage but it’s edible slop garbage. They never claimed to be the best. People keep putting these high standards on food quality in shit establishments. You’re going to a chili’s. If you want top tier make more money and go to fucking Peter lugers. Otherwise stfu!

Bacon Rancher with Texas Cheese Fries is the shit.
Their skillet queso (now back on the menu) is also great.
Their triple dipper combo with Nashville hot tenders, Fried Mozzarella and sliders is a great meal option too
The only burger I’ve ever had at a Chili’s was dry and bland enough that it made me never go back. This was many years ago. It seems I’m not missing anything lol.
