My family did a blind taste test of various rubs for steak, all cooked and seared exactly the same. Kosmos Q “the best prime steak” rub won hands down. It’s a charcoal rub similar to Hardcore Carnivore. It’s freakin delicious and now my wife uses it even on burgers.
