
It started with one pack, and now it’s a full-blown addiction. I honestly think it’s the best kind of "spice" I’ve ever experienced—the flavor is just unmatched.
The worst part? I have every opportunity to eat healthy, balanced meals, yet I keep choosing "happiness" in a spicy bowl of noodles instead.
Am I the only one struggling with this? How long have you guys been addicted, and what’s your "go-to" flavor that keeps you coming back?

One way is to eat more buldak. Another way is to find chili oil and use that on everything. Next is make some jeom som and use that as dipping sauce.
I feel like i’m the only one on this sub that doesn’t like Buldak.
I mean the heat is nice but i don’t like the taste.
How’s that blood pressure?….one package has 88% of your daily sodium recommendation….
Buy a hot sauce/spice mix/oil that tastes better (not hard imo) and add it to some cheap noodles.
My addiction stopped when I stopped being able to go outside the house without this massive fear of accidentally hosing down my pants with liquid shit publicly. So much anxiety and even panic every time I had just the slightest sound or movement come from my bowels. I’m like a year clean now 💪

I love it so much. It comes in waves, I’ll eat it every day for a few days, then I have to cut myself.
Lately, I’ve been doing the 2x with a splash of coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, curry powder, crushed cashews or peanuts, and a soft boiled egg. Absolutely unreal.
Check your sodium levels. It’s a real jump scare.
Ralph’s carried Buldak 2x for like two years, and have suddenly stopped. I am now forced to seek harder, uncut spice and have to add it to every food, searching for that high, but never getting as close. Twitching in back alleys as I mainline Dave’s Hot Chicken reaper, posting about how fucked up it gets me for clout, but realizing it’s not enough, bro. Help.
Literally the only way I was able to stop was being diagnosed with a disease that makes me unable to eat it anymore 😭😭 I have 5 packages of carbonara taunting me from on top of the fridge 😂

saw some samyang instant pasta in an asian store, they weren’t spicy but it’s nice
i did some rice yesterday and may eat the same thing for the rest of the week, quickly ran out of habaneros though. but i don’t know if there’s any end to buldak

I try to include a portion of fruit with all my meals. Grapes, bananas, plums and apricots are pretty much the only ones I like tho.
What is your top 3 favorite flavors? Mine is curry, jjajang, and carbonara
