Neighbour had a party during the storm this weekend, didn't want to go out to the store to get any ingredients for my contribution. So I had to come up with something I had on hand. So it was bacon wrapped pierogies and a smoked cream cheese caramelized onion dip.

No name frozen pierogies wrapped with half a slice of bacon. Lightly seasoned with BBQ pit boys pork privilege.
    50 mins @ 220 then another 20 @ 350 to crisp up the bacon.

I never took a pic of the final dip. But mixed the cream cheese with a 4 yr aged cheddar, regular old cheddar, mozzarella and 2 onions i caramelized down. Put in the oven until it was melted and bubbly.
