Picked up random things that caught my eyes. What are these called and how does one eat them? Appreciate the help!
#1: runny white liquid on top (tastes like sweetened drinking yogurt), grey grains at the bottom. ChatGPT thinks it's either ogi/akamu, which should be cooked into a porridge, or fura da nono, which is eaten cold.
#2: (didn't end up buying these) the solids seem more evenly distributed, not settled at the bottom. Are these different from #1? Is there a difference between grey and yellow?
#3: fun-looking nuts?
#4: ginger candies in a bottle?
#5: I have had banku before, but how can I make it from this frozen mix?

Stay warm everyone!
