I think I did good, thoughts? cooked up garlic potatos aswell ๐Ÿ˜‹ would you call this medium rare?

    I pulled it at 125f and resting got to 130 so idk does look lil on rare.

    Love it, chimichurri is my fav as well, although I tend to make it a bit more liquidy
