I recently started hydroponic gardening on my apartment patio in Jacksonville (zone 9b i think?) and the peppers/ cherry tomatoes i tried growing last summer were a hot mess omg. The heat and humidity near the beach nerfed most of the flowers, and I only got a couple of scrawny peppers before the plants were too infested with whiteflies to be worth saving. I started sweet Aconcagua pepper seeds in the fall and they just recently started pushing out a ton of massive peppers!! We've had a pretty warm winter, but nights are solidly in the 30s now and will dip down to 20 this weekend so they'll definitely die if I dont bring them inside by tomorrow night.

I'm not really sure how to try and save them or where to put them inside- there's 4 plants that are all 3+ ft tall in 5 gallon buckets, and theyve been growing up a net trellis that can't be moved without cutting it down lol. Most of the country is buried under snow and doesnt get to grow stuff outside during this time of year anyway so its a silly problem to have, I'm just not ready to let these ones die yet 😂 I hope the weather warms up for everyone soon, I don't like 🧊 ☃️❄️ 🙁

Bringing them inside for a few days…then moving them back out should be fine.

Bite the bullet, cut the netting and bring them inside. It sux but it is work that is worth it.
