I was gifted the Maritime Madness box of hot sauces for Christmas and I’m wondering for those out there that have this sauce, how do you use or pair it? I’ve not opened it yet as I have a lot of the go right now so I don’t know what the flavour is, but it really intrigues me!

Haven’t tried this brand, but blueberry hot sauce is lit on vanilla ice cream.

I have it in my fridge. Really good with some cheese on bread in place of jam… or with some peanut butter. Anywhere you would want something fruity.

Sweet heat? Im thinking that might be a good rib rub or candy bacon with that shiiii

Blueberry pairs wonderfully with balsamic to make a finishing sauce for beef like flank steaks or filets. I bet that heat would kick it up a notch

I fucking love maritime madness sauces. Some of the best on the planet. Their “giv’r Ghost Pepper” sauce is flavour town meets “just a little too hot”.

That said, their candied line struggles. I haven’t found one that I can use a full bottle yet.

I’ve tried using them as a jam replacement, topping pancakes, even cream cheese crackers.

    They just aren’t good.

Pancakes and blueberry syrup is my favorite thing to put blueberry ghost sauces on….
Not sure how a jalapeno sauce would fare

Maritime Madness is a favourite in my house. It’s actually my hot sauce fiend mother’s very favourite. I like to use sauces like this one as a topping on bagels or toast. I think I’ve used it on burgers on occasion too.
