
Just to try something new, I used a red onion in my miso tare.
It made the Ramen a bit more sweet and jammy than a white onion.
I tried it out today with thicker noodles, a few jalapeño slices, and a few bean sprouts.
Experimenting is half the fun – eating is the rest!
